These terms cover your use of StayDocs. By using the website, the demo, or the product, you agree to them. Please read them — they’re short.
1. What StayDocs is
StayDocs is a booking calendar and ledger for small properties. It brings your reservations from connected channels into one place so you can see your day clearly. Channel calendar sync is currently read-only — StayDocs shows you your bookings but does not automatically change availability on Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda or any other platform.
2. Your account
- You’re responsible for keeping your login details safe.
- You must give accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract.
3. Acceptable use
Don’t misuse StayDocs — no attempting to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, no using it for anything unlawful, and no uploading data you don’t have the right to use.
4. Plans & payment
- The Free plan supports up to 2 rooms at no cost.
- Pro is ₹399/month or ₹3,990/year, billed through Razorpay in ₹.
- Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Prices may change with reasonable notice; changes never affect a period you’ve already paid for.
5. Your data
Your bookings and guest information remain yours. We handle them as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export or request deletion of your data.
6. Availability
We work hard to keep StayDocs running, but we don’t guarantee it will always be available or error-free. We may update, pause or change features as the product grows. Where a feature is marked “coming soon”, it is not yet available.
7. Limitation of liability
StayDocs is a tool to help you stay organised; the bookings, decisions and guest communications remain yours. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including double-bookings or revenue lost where you did not act on the information shown. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.
8. Termination
You can stop using StayDocs anytime. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of competent jurisdiction in India.
